Ordering & Payment

To order an item, choose the quantity, select any applicable options such as pearl, crystal or metal colour and simply click 'add to basket'.  Every item you order will be added to your 'basket' which can be viewed at any time at the top of the page.

Once you have chosen all of the items you want click the checkout option and you will then be guided through our very simple and secure payment process via Paypal. 

You don't need to have a Paypal account to process a secure payment, once you get to the Paypal homescreen, just scroll down and click on 'Check out as Guest' then follow the online instructions.

If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, cheque or bank transfer then please contact us so we can process your payment over the phone.

 

Creation and Dispatch Times

With the exception of our 'One Off' and 'Genuine Vintage' pieces, all of our items are handcrafted and created to order, while we aim to get your order to you in the fastest possible time, due to the overwhelming popularity of our designs, our current lead times are around 2-3 Weeks.

We are usually able to accommodate urgent orders however there is an extra charge for this service, should you require your items to be rushed through (3-5 working days) then please contact us prior to ordering to ensure that the materials required to create your piece are available.

 

Delivery Details

Postage Charges are as follows

UK Mainland - Free

Europe - £15.00

Worldwide - £20.00

All items are posted in rigid postage boxes to ensure you order reaches you in the best possible condition. Tiaras are wrapped in ph neutral tissue paper and placed in a large branded gift box, jewellery items are placed in an organza gift bag contained within a small branded gift box or pillow box. Small jewellery packages are sent as first class recorded mail and tiaras or multiple jewellery orders are sent via special delivery. 

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Overseas orders are sent by International Airsure. All packages are tracked and insured.

A signature will be required upon delivery of your parcel. If there is nobody at the delivery address then a card will be for you to arrange either collection from your local sorting office or another delivery date. Your parcel is only held for 7 days before being returned to us.

 It is the customer's responsibility to pay further postage on a parcel if we have to resend it.

The customer is also responsible for ensuring the address details are correct when placing the order, extra charges incurred by incorrect information provided will not be paid for by Crystal Creations Tiaras.
